Happy Election Day! We have recently added Desmond's stance on the issues, a page that will help you find your polling station as well as some links to videos of Desmond. Happy voting! An election is a celebration of choice. Today, residents of Trinity-Spadina have the power to choose a city councillor who represents the unique and dynamic character of this community. I am running in our ward to promote the extraordinary achievements and potential of our local institutions. The community centres, businesses, and people of Trinity-Spadina are both the architects and bricklayers of public policy. Together, we must develop local strategies for enjoyable public spaces, affordable places to live, and effective community services. We must also promote lifestyles that respect our land, air, and water. I am proud to have entered this race as an unaffiliated, unknown candidate. I am running on the merit of my ideas and the strength of my character. I will be accountable to residents, rather than ideologies or political alliances.
